OUR SERVICES
Care for every Chapter of your journey
At Personal Solutions Counseling Services, we offer a range of community-based behavioral health programs designed to meet people where they are. Whether you are managing a mental health condition, navigating a crisis, or working toward recovery from substance use, our team will build a plan around your specific needs.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Our PHP offers intensive, structured treatment on weekdays for individuals with substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges who need more support than an IOP but do not require inpatient hospitalization. It combines the clinical depth of inpatient care with the flexibility of living at home.
Program Include
-
Minimum 20 hours of treatment per week
-
Individual and group psychotherapy
-
Substance use disorder counseling
-
Medication management and psychiatric care
-
Occupational and life skills groups
-

Who This Is For
Individuals who have recently experienced a behavioral health crisis (within 72 hours) or who are stepping down from a higher level of care and need short-term stabilization support.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our IOP provides structured addiction treatment several days per week while allowing you to continue living at home, working, or attending school. It is designed for people who need more support than traditional outpatient therapy but do not require round-the-clock supervision.

9 to 19 hours of treatment per week

Individual and group therapy sessions
